About Us

We started Designer Appliances in 2008 from our basement in Nutley, NJ, with a simple goal: to make appliance shopping more enjoyable through a better online experience.

In 2013, we opened our first showroom in Montclair, NJ, becoming part of the local community through cooking classes and cultural events. Due to popular demand, we expanded with a second flagship store in Bedminster, NJ, and in December 2025, opened our third location in Englewood, NJ.

We believe a kitchen is more than appliances—it’s where families gather, meals are shared, and homes come to life. That’s why Designer Appliances goes beyond products, offering inspiration, expert guidance, and a welcoming place to explore, learn, and connect.
